No Refund Policy
Once a student enrolls and makes payment for a course at Cloud Nation Training, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances. All sales are final.
At Cloud Nation Training, we are committed to providing high-quality training services. We invest significant resources in course development, instructor preparation, and student support. This refund policy outlines our terms regarding course payments and enrollment.

No Refund After Enrollment
Once you have completed the enrollment process and made payment for any course, the payment is non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of:
- •Whether you have attended any classes or not
- •The reason for withdrawal from the course
- •Personal circumstances or changes in plans
- •Technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device problems, etc.)
- •Change of mind after enrollment
Rationale for This Policy
This strict refund policy exists for the following reasons:
- •Resource Allocation: Upon your enrollment, we allocate instructor time, course materials, lab resources, and administrative support specifically for you.
- •Seat Reservation: Your enrollment reserves a seat in the batch, potentially preventing another student from joining that specific batch.
- •Course Planning: Batch composition and course delivery are planned based on confirmed enrollments.
- •Fair Pricing: Our competitive pricing is structured based on committed enrollments and no-refund terms.
Before You Enroll
We strongly encourage you to carefully consider the following before completing your enrollment:
- •Review the complete course syllabus, schedule, and requirements thoroughly
- •Ensure you have the necessary prerequisites and technical requirements
- •Confirm that the course timing fits your schedule and commitments
- •Verify that you have stable internet connectivity (for online courses)

- •Read and understand all terms and conditions before making payment
Course Cancellation by Cloud Nation Training
In the rare event that Cloud Nation Training needs to cancel a course or batch, we will:
- •Provide a full refund of your course fees, OR
- •Offer you the option to transfer to another available batch at no additional cost
This is the only circumstance under which refunds will be issued.
Alternatives to Refunds
While we do not offer refunds, we may consider the following options in genuine cases:
Batch Transfer
Subject to availability and at our sole discretion, you may request a one-time transfer to a future batch of the same course. Additional fees may apply if there is a price difference.
Credit Transfer
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer to transfer your payment as credit towards a different course of equal or lesser value, subject to approval and conditions.
Note: These alternatives are offered at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Processing Issues
If you encounter any technical issues during payment processing (such as payment being deducted but enrollment not confirmed), please contact our support team immediately with your transaction details. We will investigate and resolve genuine payment processing errors within 5-7 business days.
Acknowledgment
By completing your enrollment and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. You understand that all payments are final and non-refundable once the enrollment is completed.
